Controlled account access
Customer and administrator areas use authenticated access. Agencies remain responsible for choosing authorised users and protecting their login details.
Stripe-hosted payments
SmartFlow uses Stripe-hosted checkout for subscription and setup payments. SmartFlow does not ask customers to send card details by email or through its enquiry forms.
Responsible AI use
Umi can answer, organise and recommend next steps, while staff can review, take over and make final business decisions. Important information should be checked before action.
